NOVADECI Property Development and Management Corporation (NVDC Properties), is a company engaged in managing various business endeavors of Novaliches Development Cooperative - event management & venue rentals, business hotel and commercial space leasing.
Our Story
The NOVADECI Convention Center is a property of the Novaliches Development Cooperative (NOVADECI), a cooperative founded in the late 1970s in response to the closure of a slaughterhouse in Novaliches.
Originally named the Novaliches Vendors Credit Cooperative, it was renamed NOVADECI, and its property arm, NVDC Properties, now manages the convention center and other business ventures. The center itself is a modern sports and event facility that can be rented for various occasions, from corporate events to sports activities and celebrations.
