Professional Fee: 2% if outside Metro Manila; 1% if within Metro Manila
Security and Requirements: Land Title, Share Capital, Post-Dated Checks.
Collateralized property must be located in Luzon and must have no pending case, encumbrances, lis pendens, adverse claims and other restrictions in the TCT
If the purpose of the Loan is for a lot and land improvement and infrastructure improvement borrower will submit cost statement in lieu of bill of materials.
If for the Business Purposes, borrower will submit Audited Financial Statement for the last 3 years.
