NOVADECI Membership

STEP 1:

Fill-up Membership Application Form and Submit it with 3 pcs. 2×2 picture with white background, Pay slip or Certificate of Employment, Business Permit or Barangay Proof of Billing, Marriage Contract / Birth Certificate (member, dependents / beneficiaries)

STEP 2:

Pay online via GCash or PayMaya or any Banks.

Example: (4–11 Digit: (seminar date) 10292023 | Name & Purpose: JUAN DELA CRUZ PMES).

STEP 3:

Attend one(1) hour Pre-Membership Orientation from Monday to Saturday at 9:00 AM Session and 1:00 PM Session

STEP 4:

After you attended the Pre-Membership Orientation you will wait 7 working days for you to claim your Passbooks.
